DUTIES: 1. Analyzes user requests to determine best practice solutions utilizing existing ERP systems whenever possible. 2. Works with Project Managers and end users to determine complete high level functional requirements are properly documented and signed off. 3. Writes Functional and Technical requirements documents. 4. Works with Development Managers, Technical Architects and Developers to translate functional requirements documents into appropriate technical designs. 5. Assist Developers with unit testing processes and assist with hand off of application changes to QA. 6. Mentor other Systems Analysts and Developers. 7. Perform system analysis and identify solutions to technical problems. 8. Provide production support activities for assigned systems. 9. Provide input to project estimates and work plans. REQUIRED: 1. 5+ years experience in EnterpriseOne 8.12 to include the following: Financials, AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, HR Benefits (including Self Serve Portal, Project Costing, and Contract Billing). 2. Must have experience with the following: Inter-company Accounting and Multi-Currency. 3. 3+ years experience in distribution systems configuration and design. 4. 3+ years experience in ERP implementation and upgrades. 5. 3+ years proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using PL / SQL and SQL in an Oracle environment. 6. 1+ years experience in leading projects including proficiency in Microsoft Project. DESIRED: 1. Experience with EnterpriseOne Real Estate Module and Hyperion Budgeting is highly desired! 2. Experience with standard report writers and analysis tools is a plus!
